polite staff, new-fashioned, neat room with comfy beds and the bar plus water & coffee. a kind of helpful service.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean with very friendly staff members. The room was neat and wonderful with the bar, modern equipment, for instance. We had a good service, exceptionally good and incredible breakfast.

Respect to the Qubus of Krakow the rate was a bit higher but quality lower at all, this is not so good.

Reception area, bar and restaurant very friendly environment, welcoming and clean. Food was very good, well presented. Rooms were basic, but we slept well.

The rooms could use an update Old-fashioned tv No trouser presses and safes boxes in the rooms The gym equipment is not working properly Had booked 2 rooms for a day on Booked.net. Since we wanted to stay a day longer, the rooms sudden twice as expensive!
